Last week, one of Keller Williams’ biggest teams, the Vermont based Hergenrother Realty Group, announced that it will be rebranding and strengthening its relationship with KW. Called “Livian,” the new brand will emphasize a dynamic approach to the rapidly evolving residential real estate market of 2021.
Hergenrother is one of KW’s expansion teams, teams that work in more than one market. They claim to have 270 agents on teams in 21 different states. Recently, HergGroup Indianapolis merged with the number one Keller Williams team in the Ohio Valley.
The current rebranding effort to Livian promises to further this growth. In addition to the rebranding, Livian is to receive additional support and resources from Keller Williams, including a significant monetary investment. Keller Williams did not acquire Livian, but it does now own a stake in the company, although the exact details of the transaction have not been released.
One dimension on which Livian hopes to grow is through its online platform which CEO Adam Hergenrother seeks to develop into “the Amazon of real estate.”
