Joshua Kushner, brother to Jared Kushner, and his wife, model Karlie Kloss, have recently listed their luxurious New York City condominium. Located in the historic Puck Building in Soho, the penthouse is asking $23.5 million.
The Puck Building is actually owned by the real estate firm, Kushner, which was formerly run by Joshua’s brother Jared Kushner. Joshua himself is not directly involved in the company. He and his wife are listing this penthouse after purchasing another, even more luxurious one in the same building.
The unit is known as Penthouse V, as it is one of six luxury penthouses constructed in the Puck Building by the family company after they purchased it. It is around 5,700 square feet and boasts a classic look with its brick, barrel-vaulted ceiling and original cast-iron beams and columns.
The penthouse has three bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a fireplace, two dressing rooms, and two full bathrooms, constructed primarily of glass and marble. One also includes a free standing bathtub.
The kitchen is similarly luxurious, with a 59-inch range and a built-in espresso machine. The countertops are made of Italian lava stone. The condo also features a private elevator and a home gym, in addition to a media center.
