The founder and executive chairman of Shutterstock has listed his massive Bridgehampton home for $52 million. This modern mansion boasts a lot of interior and terrace space, a private beach, and a whole host of top end amenities.
Oringer and his wife Talia first purchased the Hamptons home back in 2014 for $40 million according to public records. As Mr. Oringer’s business ventures are currently more focused in Florida-based tech startups, the couple recently purchased a home in North Bay Road in Miami Beach for $42 million.
The Hamptons home stands at 10,296 square feet. Designed by Barnes Coy Architects, it has a gorgeous modern look, with an open floor living plan and floor to ceiling glass windows.
The interior is warm, with much of floors and walls done in limestone and walnut. The house has a whole suite of top of the line amenities, from a home gym to a media center to an infinity edge pool on the outside terrace.
The home has twelve bathrooms and seven bedrooms in total, plus two more bedrooms in the staff apartment. A whole floor is taken up by the master suite, which features an office, bathroom, and a private balcony.
There is a lighted pathway that leads down from the home to the beach. The oceanfront property is around two acres and features a private beach that spans 160 feet.
