Legendary comedian, Jerry Seinfeld, is listing his Telluride Colorado estate for $14.95 million. The huge estate features great views, lots of space, and a sprawling ranch-like main house.
Jerry Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica Seinfeld, first bought the property in 2007 for $7.55 million, public records show. This is actually the second time they’ve put the home on the market. Back in 2011, they listed the property for $18.3 million, but eventually decided to keep it. Now with the luxury real estate market booming, the home is on offer once more.
The main home on the property is around 12,300 square feet. The great room, with its grand fireplace, vaulted wooden ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows is at the heart of the home. All around are gorgeous views of the Colorado Rockies.
The home is built in the Modern Farmhouse style. The exterior resembles a sprawling ranch, while the interior is intimate and cozy, with quasi-rustic wooden walls and warm tones.
The home has eleven bedrooms, eleven full bathrooms, and two half baths. The farmhouse style exterior conceals a thoroughly modern interior complete with a home gym and a yoga studio. In addition to the main home, the Seinfelds are also listing an attached 17-acre property with a guest house for $2.775 million.
The 27-acre property is located just ten minutes away from the Telluride Ski Resort. Tom Cruise recently listed his estate in the same area for $39.5 million.
