What does $85 million get you in a house? Celebrity TV host and producer, Ryan Seacrest, has recently listed his Beverly Hills estate for a staggeringly high asking price. Located in one of the most high-end neighborhoods in the country and bursting with all the amenities that money can buy, this home really does push luxurious living to the absolute limit.
Seacrest purchased the home from fellow daytime TV star, Ellen DeGeneres, in 2012. He purchased it for a mere $36.5 million. Since then, he has made renovations and kept the estate feeling up-to-date and modern, even though it was originally constructed back in 1963.

At the center of the 3-plus acre estate, the main house is around 9,000 square feet, and sports four bedrooms and six bathrooms. It is by no means the only structure on this compound of a home.

In addition to the main house, there are also two guest houses, a pool house, a spa, a gym, and an underground garage.

With its own gym, pool, and home cinema, the estate has all the amenities anyone could need. There’s hardly a reason to leave.

The home manages to avoid being ostentatious or bombastic. The interior is decorated tastefully and all the buildings are connected by inviting gardens.
